Zymotopia is a science‑based company (EBC) created to translate enzyme research into practical antibacterial solutions for food safety and industrial sustainability.

 

Origin: A spin‑off from the Universitat de València, founded by researchers with a strong track record in enzyme engineering and microbiology.

 

Mission: To develop effective, safe and biodegradable enzyme platforms that reduce chemical dependence and help combat antimicrobial resistance.

 

Vision: To become a benchmark in clean technologies for the food industry and related sectors across Europe.

Our technology is grounded in peer‑reviewed research on enzyme synergy, biofilm disruption, and food safety. We follow rigorous validation processes and comply with all relevant regulatory standards.
